Tamalpa Runners Email Lists

At this time Tamalpa Runners has four email lists:

• The All Tamalpa List - A list of all members for who we have an email address. Only a pre-designated and authorized Tamalpa member can post to this list. If you have an email that you would like to send to this list please send it to Frank Ruona at: fdruona@msn.com. If Frank believes it fits the requirements for this list he will send it to the list.
• wedfun - Used to communicate information about the Wednesday night run.
• srtrack - Used to communicate information about the Tuesday night San Rafael High School track workouts.
• ultralist - Used to communicate information about Tamalpa Ultra running. Info about upcoming long runs, races and general questions and answers regarding ultra running are fair game here.

If you wish to add or remove your email address from "The All Tamalpa List", please send an email to webmaster@tamalparunners.org.

If you wish to add or remove your email from "wedfun", "srtrack" or "ultralist", you can do these actions yourself by following the directions below.

• In the following examples "list" refers to "wedfun", "srtrack" or "ultralist".
• Make sure that you send your email to subscribe or unsubscribe in plain text. If you send your email in HTML the list server will not understand it.

Sending a message to everyone on a mail list:
Simply send the email to: "list"@tamalparunners.org
For instance, to send a message to everyone on srtrack you would send the message to:
srtrack@tamalparunners.org

Subscribing to a list:
send email to: majordomo@www.tamalparunners.org
Leave the Subject line blank
In the message body type:
subscribe "list"
For instance, to subscribe to srtrack you would type:
subscribe srtrack

Unsubscribing from a list:
send email to: majordomo@www.tamalparunners.org
Leave the Subject line blank
In the message body type:
unsubscribe "list"
For instance, to unsubscribe to srtrack you would type:
unsubscribe srtrack
