Handicap information: If you have run this race in the last three years, you will be handicapped according to those performances, or your recent Dipsea times. If you haven't run this race, you will need to email Dave at:ultradavec@yahoo.com to receive a handicap. Please include relevant race data. Those who have not run this race in the last three years and do not ask for a handicap in advance will be hastily assigned a poor handicap at the last moment and possibly have to start with Mark McManus or Khalid Abdalah. Do *NOT* make the mistake of grossly mis-representing your ability level to the handicapper, or else you will be severely penalized, or possibly even DQ'ed after the race!

Course: We will continue to run on the original course this year. 7 miles of roads, fire roads, trails, with some steep hills and fairly long flat stretches.

Post race party info: Food: Turkey, Ham and other goodies provided. Please bring something to share. Salads and Casseroles Especially Welcome. Go light on the desserts.

Note: This is a privately run race, and the Tamalpa Runners have no official affiliation or sanction with this race or its officials.
