San Rafael High School is across the street from Trader Joes in San Rafael.  From Hwy 101, take Central San Rafael Exit, head east on San Pedro Road and you’ll find it (just past Whole Foods).

The following Covid-19 protocols will be followed and enforced!

  1. All coaches and runners must maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet from other runners to reduce the risk of disease transmission.
  2. Runners should bring their own equipment (hand sanitizer, water bottle, towels, etc.) such that no equipment is shared between runners.
  3. Masks will be worn at all times except when we are actually running.  When we run we can lower our masks and when we stop running or walk we will wear our masks again.
  4. We will break up into 3 groups.  The fastest group will do their running in Lane 7; the medium group will do their running in Lane 4; and the slowest group will do their running in Lane 1.
  5. If you pass a slower runner in front of you move to the lane to the right and run in that lane until you are at least 6 feet ahead and then return to your group’s original lane.
